Support and privacy

Email mockdojo@outlook.com. For support, include the page URL, your browser and the exact error message. For privacy requests, include the email associated with your account so we can verify ownership. See the privacy policy for how requests and account data are handled.

Keep private information private

Do not email passwords, one-time sign-in links, API keys or card numbers. Remove personal or confidential details from screenshots and SQL reproductions. For a payment issue, provide the checkout date and a non-sensitive receipt reference, not card details. Do not post your resume or interview transcript in a public report.

Content corrections and accessibility

For a SQL correction, include the guide or problem URL, expected result and a small sample showing the issue. For accessibility feedback, describe the task, device, browser and assistive technology where possible. We cannot promise a response time, but clear reproductions help us investigate.
